An online web-based tool that tracks the real-time location of inspectors/PTW receivers when filling out checklists from remote site locations. It includes an ETL (Extraction, Transformation, and Loading) tool that facilitates quicker loading of checklist data from different cellsites into the central repository. The tool can upload real-time photographs and various punch points from cellsites. It automatically generates Corrective Action Reports (CAR) and restricts checklist generation and end-to-end PTW process management to authorized personnel, covering underground fiber work, W@H, electrical, and RF energy isolation. Additionally, it can generate trend charts, dashboard reports, historical data, and maintain records of individuals' high-risk training details and real-time logs of high-risk activities across site locations.
